The 2021-2022 Budget passed 137 yes to 41 no
The vehicle purchase passed 138 to 40
Martha Howard ran unopposed and has been reelected to a 5 year term.


COVID 19 Protocols for the Annual Budget Vote & Election

 Voters who have tested positive for COVID within 14 days, have symptoms of COVID or have been in close proximity to a COVID positive individual are asked to vote by absentee ballot.  Please contact the District Clerk at (716) 934-2603 ext. 1900 to request an application and ballot.

Masks covering both the mouth and nose, social distancing, and hand hygiene will be mandatory at the polling place.

· Masks must be worn by anyone over 2 years old at all times in the polling place. Disposable masks will be provided for anyone who is in need of one.

·Hand sanitizer will be available for all voters.  Surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day.

Per Executive Order, any qualified voter who does not wish to vote in person due to the risk of exposure to COVID is entitled to vote by absentee ballot.  Please contact the District Clerk to request such ballot.


Absentee Ballots

The application for an absentee ballot is available below or may be obtained at the office of the Clerk of the District between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST) except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

 Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven (7) days before the election, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or on the day   before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.        

 Absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk, by mail or in person, prior to 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 to be counted.
