Shuttle Service Available for May/June Events

Shuttle Service Available for May/June Events

May 1, 2019

Dear Parent/Guardian,

As you are aware, we have begun Phase II of the Capital Project which includes parking lot, sidewalk, site work and roofing. As conveyed in a letter on April 8, 2019, we advised you that the west end high school parking lot, near the soccer fields across from the varsity baseball fields is closed. Therefore, the staff park along Dickinson Street and/or in the elementary and band entrance parking lot. On average, there are approximately 25 open parking spaces in the elementary and band parking lots per day.

There are several exciting and important "well attended" parent/guardian events which occur in May and June during the school days. We have arranged for shuttle services from two different locations to the school and back to assist with the lack of parking spaces at the campus. This will include a wheelchair accessible shuttle. Below please find the dates and shuttle times for the larger events which will occur during the day in May and June. For after school and evening events, parking will take place on the campus as normal.
