Enrollment and Registration
Before your child attends school, you will need to provide Silver Creek Central School District with some important information.
All new students will need to register using the Central Registration process. There are a few things that are required before we can enroll your child(ren) in their respective school in the District.
Only the parent/legal guardian may register a student, and they must come to the office in person to complete the registration process. They will be required to show proper ID and sign statements that they are the legal parent/guardian and reside within our District.
Here is a checklist of information for the legal parent/guardian to bring at the time of registration:
Proof of identity for parent/guardian (photo ID)
Legal documentation of custody (if applicable)
Proof of residency
Birth Certificate for every child enrolling
Copy of current physical
Immunization Records for every child enrolling (if available)
Records from child’s previous school (if available)
APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY. Please call the Central Registrar at (716) 934-2603, ext. 4966 to make an appointment or to get answers for registration questions.
The registrar’s office is by the main entrance to the District, 1 Dickinson Street. Hours are from 8 a.m. through 3 p.m.
