Reopening 2023-2024
The District is operating under a fully in-person model for all students. Evidence and research show that in-person learning models most appropriately address academic, social, emotional and mental health needs. The CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics, NYS Education Department and Chautauqua County Department of Health have all recommended that schools prioritize in-person learning. As we did last school year, we will continue to use the Center for Disease Control to guide us with scientific data supporting their recommendations.
In accordance with the recommendation from the CDC, NYSED and Chautauqua County, masks are optional for all students, faculty/staff, and visitors.
