Silver Creek seniors Amirya Warrior, Skyla Gates, and Hailie Rybij were able to see three flags raised in the Silver Creek High School gym to represent indigenous students as part of their Seal of Civic Readiness Project.
On February 6, the three Seal of Civic Readiness students prepared for the “grand finale” of this student-led initiative. Between the JV and Varsity Girls Basketball games against Eden, three flags were raised and those involved were recognized for their support.

Mrs. Cave brings so much fun, joy, and creativity into her classroom. Whether she’s weaving math into our Halloween celebrations or making fractions come to life by baking gingerbread cookies, she always finds a way to multiply the magic and subtract the stress for our middle schoolers. Her lessons always add up to meaningful (and memorable!) learning.
Thank you, Mrs. Cave , for teaching with passion, inspiring curiosity, and showing our students just how awesome math can be. You’re absolutely off the charts, and we appreciate you more than we can count! #BKP #SCCARES #everyday
