Looking for an easy-on-the-joints workout? Try Aquacize and work out in the pool! Get into shape and enjoy the benefits of this fabulous joint-friendly exercise! The class is fast-paced and cardio-intensive, but can be modified to fit all participants. Participants will meet on Tuesday & Thursday at 3:45 – 4:45 p.m. from Sept. 9 – Nov. 20 at the SCCS Pool. The registration fee for 21 classes is $60.

Fall Community Education starts in September. Are you looking for a low-commitment way to move your body? Try Walking the Halls! Walking will be Monday – Thursday, 3:30 - 8:00 P.M., starting September 8. There is no pre-registration for the walking program. There will be a sign-up sheet in the HS lobby. Please carry a photo ID when walking.

Daughter of Kara Buchanan and Daniel Wagner, she plans to attend SUNY Brockport to receive a bachelors degree in nursing. Karissa was Treasurer of both National Honor Society and the Class of 2025, President of several clubs including Knights Against Cancer, Earth Club, and History and Culture Club, Captain of HS Quiz Bowl, an active member of Key Club, emcee for Bald for Bucks, and participated in Stage Crew of the productions of Tuck Everlasting and Mamma Mia! She also won the 2023 Anne Frank Humanitarian Award, received the Civic Seal of Biliteracy for NYS, and was the curator for the SCCS District Veteran Wall. #BKP #SCCares
