We are excited to share that the rainwater collection system the high schoolers sponsored this spring has been completed and is transforming the lives of people in Uganda. Because of their support, 238 students and teachers now have access to clean, safe drinking water from the new rainwater collection system at their school.
Think about that for a moment. 238 students and teachers who used to have to walk for water now have on-site access to clean, safe water access right at their school.
Silver Creek High School helped with that!
To see all the details on the rainwater system you sponsored, check out the linked impact reports below, where you'll find photos, GPS coordinates, survey data, and more.

Students in 5th Grade did not just celebrate their 100th day of school today, they celebrated their 1000th day of Elementary school! K-4th grade is about 900 days and today marks the 100th day of this school year totaling 1000 for our 5th graders. Students wrote down 1000 things they remembered, loved, and learned throughout their elementary school days and created a chain link that is 1000 memories long. They are 1000 days smarter, congratulations 5th grade!
